Award Description
The Best Undergraduate Presentation Award at the 3rd Medical Physiology Conference recognizes exceptional research by undergraduate students who best present their Presentation in the conference. Presentations will be judged during the student session held on the conference day. Winners will be recognized in the conference newsletter and one outstanding group will be awarded.
Eligibility for Submission
The applicant must:
- All team members must be a student at Kasr Al-Ainy medical school.
Student Presentation Award consists of three phases:
Phase One (Submission and Selection of Top 20 Presentations):
- Deadline: September 5th
- Students are invited to submit their presentations by this date. Details regarding topics and submission criteria will be sent via email, so please check your email regularly.
- Announcement of Top 20: September 16th
- The top 20 presentations will be selected and announced via email on this date.
Phase Two (Selection of Top 3 Teams from Top 20):
- Presentation Date: October 5th
- Teams selected from Phase One will present their PowerPoint presentations.
- Announcement of Top 3 Teams: October 8th
- The top 3 teams will be announced via email based on their presentations in Phase Two.
Phase Three (Final Presentation and Award Selection):
- This phase will take place during the student session at the conference on November 21.
- Each of the three finalist teams will present their topic for 10 minutes in front of the audience.
- The winning team will be selected through a voting process involving both the audience and the committee.
